Your engineer Kane who called today was knowledgeable friendly and very helpful with his advice. His time keeping was good, and very respectful of our property.

David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required.
